Lisa Rezende | CureTalks
Lisa Rezende, Ph.D. is the Director of Education at FORCE: Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by hereditary breast and ovarian cancer. Before joining FORCE she worked in both biomedical research and science education. Lisa found FORCE in 2008 when she discovered she carried a mutation in BRCA1. She draws on her experiences in research and education to create materials that help individuals understand hereditary cancer.
